The dental plan provides an extensive group of dental providers who will help you and your family maintain good oral health. Preventive services such as annual exams, x-rays and periodic cleanings are 100% free. The plan pays up to $1500/calendar year for dental services incurred by each covered family member, and children may be covered to age 26.
Substitutes, Part-Time and/or Variable Hour employees may be eligible for this benefit following a one year measurement period, beginning on the date of hire, to determine the employee's average hours worked.
