Founded in 1999 by three Arizona educators, we have a passion for helping people and making a positive impact in our community.
We're proud to be operating locally for over 25 years as a family-owned business. In fact, we consider our team and the employees we serve to be our ESI family.
At our inception, we developed Arizona’s premier return-to-work program known as RetireRehire, and since then, SubSource, the largest substitute staffing program in the state.
We have experienced and dedicated employee service, human resource, payroll, billing, and client management teams that compassionately serve our clients and employees. Over the past 25 years, we have successfully supported over 300 clients throughout every corner of Arizona.
